The team members have more than 13 years of combined experience in the connected living, software development and implementation. With diverse skillsets, experience and nationalites – the people behind bWave are well acquainted with the home automation industry and consumer needs.

As an entrepreneur with MBA degree and consultant for the last 13 years, Tharma has led various sizes of teams from project inception to final delivery. He has worked along side many large companies in security market, and knows all pitfalls and milestones on long way from start-up to successful company.

Yuri has extensive experience managing embedded hardware and software projects. Before joining our team he was the CTO and co-owner of wireless communication design house in Russia. Yuri holds Dr. Degree in electrical and computer engineering.

Ivan is an expert in software development with a broad experience building solutions for embedded devices and mobile applications from the ground up for more than 10 years. Having worked for industry leading software companies, Ivan brought his expertise to us to lead the development of bWave IoT Platform.
